Return Policy

Online Returns

We are confident you will adore our products as much as we do, however, if for any reason you would like to return or exchange any of your order, please contact us using the contact details below and we will be happy to help.

Goods purchased online at www.czechandspeake.com can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of purchase, provided that the items are un-opened and in their original film packaging.

Sale goods purchased online at www.czechandspeake.com can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided that the items are un-opened and in their original film packaging.

When returning your goods, please enclose your original dispatch note/receipt, or add a cover note with your contact details and order number.

All returns are made at customers own cost and risk.  Floris will refund the postal cost of your returns only if the items are faulty or damaged.  We recommend that customers send returns via Recorded Delivery, as Czech & Speake will not assume responsibility for items lost in transit.  Czech & Speake reserves the right to deduct the cost of retrieving the goods if not returned by the customer (unless faulty/damaged).  Provided goods are returned in their original condition, a full refund (including your original delivery charges at basic cost) will be made within 14 days from receipt of goods to Czech & Speake.

Store Returns Policy

Goods may be returned for exchange, provided they are returned in their original film packaging, unused and within 28 days of purchase.  Proof of purchase from Czech & Speake Pimlico Road must be provided. Sale goods can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided that the items are un-opened and in their original packaging.

Terms & Conditions

Only items bought directly through Floris (www.czechandspeake.com or Czech & Speake Pimlico Road only) can be returned via Floris.  If you have purchased goods via one of our partners, you must return your products to the original store of purchase.  Floris will not accept returns on behalf of other stores or retailers.

Faulty Goods

Any items which are received broken or faulty will be exchanged or refunded. Please contact our customer services team using the contact details below, and we will be happy to help. You are entitled to a refund within 28 days from purchase, after this period, a replacement will be offered instead.

Hygiene

For reasons of hygiene, any fragrance, toiletries or grooming items which have been opened may not be returned, unless faulty.

Sale Items

Goods purchased as sale items or special purchase items may not be returned or exchanged, unless faulty, or unless bought online via www.czechandspeake.com
