Are you still able to ship parcels even from countries which have tougher restrictions, like Italy?
Yes, however we may experience some delays to ship to and from countries under quarantine. Our commitment to you is to maintain a seamless customer experience, so we will inform you if anything changes in regards to expected shipping times. Please find the latest shipping information here.
Is it safe to receive parcels from countries where there have been cases of COVID-19?
Yes. Your safety is always our top priority, so we are following the latest official advice from the World Health Organization (WHO), which states that it is safe to receive packages. Please find more information from the WHO here.
Can I change the shipping address of my packages after I have placed my order, as I am no longer going to be where I was planning to be?

How long is the return policy?
