The main benefit of burning incense is for its aroma and ability to enhance and add atmosphere to a space. Other benefits include aiding sleep, raising serotonin levels and promoting relaxation, which is why they are often used in meditation practice.
Our indoor incense sticks will burn for 45 minutes to an hour. Our larger outdoor incense sticks will burn for approximately 2 hours. This time can vary depending on airflow.

To use an incense stick, simply light the tip of the correct end of the stick and then carefully blow out the flame. This will leave the glowing embers to smoulder and release the fragrance.
